What is your minimum order?

We can use our direct-to-garment machine to print as little as 12 shirts.  The minimum for screen printed tee shirts is 48 and embroidered items have a minimum of 12.  The minimum for promotional items varies. 

How long will my order take?

Our standard production time for in stock garments is approximately 3 weeks after art and order approval.  5 and 10 day rush options are available! 

Is Image Pointe a union shop?

Yes!  Image Pointe employees are members of IUPAT District Council 81, Local 246 out of Des Moines, Iowa.

Can I mix and match my shirt colors?

Yes, you can order a mix of garment colors as long as the screen print colors stay the same.   We may be able to change header colors or 1 color imprints but need minimum of 24 shirts per change.

Can I order a mix of pocket and non-pocket shirts?

This can be tricky!  Option 1:  We can print above the pocket (left chest) on all of your pocket shirts, and on the left chest of all the non-pocket shirts.  Option 2: We can print on the pocket (must have 24) and left chest of non-pocket shirts (also must have 24).  Option 3: Print on right chest of all shirts. 

I am missing a few pieces out of my order, what happened? 

At Image Pointe we pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards of quality.  However, in any custom decoration process it is possible there may be some misprints or defects.  We recommend ordering additional pieces if you need a specific quantity.  This can happen with garments and promotional products of any kind.  Our standard allowance for in-house orders is +/- 5%. 

What is your standard print size/how big can I make my logo?

  • Screen Print Full Size: 14” x 15.5” max
  • Screen Print Oversize: 17” x 23” max
  • Screen Print Chest Size: 3”x 3” on average
  • Embroidery Chest Size: 3” x 3” on average
  • Embroidery Full Size: 12” x 12” max

What happens after I place my order?

Your salesperson will email you an order confirmation to review and approve.  Once that is approved we will order your garments from the manufacturer.  An art proof will be sent separately for you to also approve.  Prompt responses will keep your order moving along!

Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

At Image Pointe we process orders super fast – which means unfortunately changes might not be possible after you have approved your order. To avoid issues, we recommend double checking your order before you place it. 

What affects my price?

For screen printing, the number of ink colors used and number of location affects pricing.  For embroidery it is stitch count and also number of locations of decoration.  Price breaks are given according to how many pieces are all getting the same decoration. 

Can you help me create a design?

Image Pointe graphic designers are the best around!  Its helpful to supply examples and a good description of the style you are after.  We offer up to 3 hours of art time including 3 revisions at no charge.

Can I be included on your mailing list for catalogs and newsletters? 

Absolutely! Just ask and we will get you added to the list.

How do I know what size to order? 

Good question!  We strongly recommend ordering a sample if sizing is of concern.  Samples of almost all of our products are available for purchase prior to decoration. 

Do you offer split shipping?

We do offer split shipping, ask your salesperson for a quote!

Is there an order form?
